Role Summary

The Executive, Fulfilment (Key Account Management) is responsible for managing relationships with existing clients during the onboarding and training process. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring customer satisfaction and retention in a fast-paced logistics and e-commerce environment.

Job Description

In this role, you will oversee day-to-day operations, manage client inquiries, and provide technical support. You will collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client onboarding and training processes.
  • Handle day-to-day operations and client inquiries.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to improve customer retention.
  • Prepare professional presentations for client meetings.
  • Assist in contract negotiations with clients.
  • Provide technical support for system-related inquiries.
  • Ensure high service standards for 3PL logistics and e-commerce accounts.

Job Requirements

At least a Diploma or Degree in any field.

Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, account management, or logistics operations.

Experience in 3PL logistics, specifically in fulfillment and warehousing.

Professional fluency in English and Bahasa Melayu; Mandarin is an advantage.

Strong business acumen with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
