Manage and strengthen relationships with existing fulfillment clients by overseeing daily operations, technical support, and strategic retention efforts within the logistics sector.
The Executive for Fulfilment Key Account Management will own and manage rapport with existing clients throughout the onboarding and training process. You will handle day-to-day operations, manage change requests, and provide technical support for system enquiries. The role involves coordinating with internal stakeholders to maximize customer retention, preparing professional presentations, and assisting in contract negotiations while maintaining high service standards for 3PL logistics and e-commerce accounts.
At least a Diploma or Degree in any field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, account management, or logistics operations.
Experience in 3PL logistics, specifically in fulfillment and warehousing.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Google Workspace.
Strong business acumen with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
Professional fluency in English and Bahasa Melayu; Mandarin is an advantage.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
Track record of meeting or exceeding shipper and platform expectations.
