As an Intern in People Services HR, you will engage in day-to-day HR operations, focusing on processing employee data and resolving queries. You will work closely with People Services Specialists to gain insights into service delivery and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in processing employee data changes in Workday and ServiceNow.
- Support the resolution of employee queries and service requests.
- Participate in HR operations projects such as process mapping and compliance tracking.
- Help prepare communication materials and training guides for new HR processes.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies.
- Attend team meetings and shadow People Services Specialists.
- Ensure timely and accurate responses to employee inquiries.
Job Requirements
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Familiarity with HR systems such as Workday and ServiceNow is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
