Role Summary
The Intern, Product (Beverage, Frappe) is responsible for supporting the Frappe Squad throughout the product lifecycle. This role involves collaboration with various teams to enhance product performance and contribute to successful promotional launches.
Job Description
In this role, you will engage in day-to-day activities that support product development and market introduction. You will work closely with the Frappe Squad, conducting research and testing to ensure product excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify consumer trends.
- Assist in product testing to evaluate performance.
- Collaborate with R&D and marketing teams for product development.
- Analyze consumer feedback to enhance product offerings.
- Create product documentation for internal and external use.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings to strategize promotional launches.
- Support the team in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Job Requirements
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Nutrition, Culinary Arts, or related field.
Strong interest in beverages and consumer trends.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Creative mindset with an eye for product aesthetics.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Willingness to travel for on-site product testing.
Possess own transport.
