Job Description
As a Scheduling Intern based at RedQ within the Group Scheduling department of AAAMS, the role involves supporting the development and maintenance of AirAsia's and/or AirAsia X's flight schedules. The intern will assist with slot coordination, schedule publication, data analysis, cross-team collaboration, special projects, and support for inventory and planning systems. This position provides real-world experience in airline scheduling, network planning, and the use of scheduling tools and systems.
Job Requirements
Fresh graduate or early career starter with a degree in aviation, engineering, business, statistics, or a related field, or strong curiosity about the airline industry.
Detail-oriented with the ability to work with data and spot patterns.
Quick learner with eagerness to develop skills in scheduling tools, Excel, and industry systems.
Collaborative and able to work effectively in team environments.
Adaptable and able to remain positive and flexible when plans change.
