
The Internship Admin Intern (Confinement Centre) is responsible for providing essential administrative support within a confinement centre. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring smooth daily operations and fostering a supportive environment for both staff and residents.
The Admin Intern will engage in various clerical tasks and assist with guest services, booking management, and inventory control in a dynamic work environment. The position requires close coordination with care teams to maintain operational efficiency and uphold confidentiality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer applications.
Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage.
Positive attitude, responsible, and eager to learn.
Able to commit to a minimum internship period of 4 - 6 months.
Willing to work on-site in Damansara Heights, Kuala Lumpur.
