This role is for an Admin Intern at a confinement centre in Damansara Heights. The internship offers hands-on experience supporting mothers and newborns in a caring environment.
The position involves providing administrative support at a confinement centre operating under a subsidiary company in Damansara Heights. The Admin Intern will assist with clerical tasks, guest services, booking management, inventory control, and coordination with care teams to maintain smooth daily operations. The role also emphasizes confidentiality and contributing to a supportive atmosphere for staff and residents.
Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer applications.
Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage.
Positive attitude, responsible, and eager to learn.
Able to commit to a minimum internship period of 4 - 6 months.
Willing to work on-site in Damansara Heights, Kuala Lumpur.
