This position is an internship for an Admin Intern responsible for supporting administrative and sales-related tasks. The role involves updating documents, managing files, preparing reports, and performing basic office duties under supervision while learning office skills.
The role involves updating Google Sheets, assisting Sales Admin with follow-ups and invoice documentation, managing simple paperwork, and organizing files and digital folders. The employee is responsible for preparing daily and weekly reports using templates, assisting in stock count and data entry, maintaining accurate and tidy records, labeling and organizing product files or photos if needed, performing simple office administrative tasks, and supporting ad-hoc operational tasks.
Good communication skills in BM and English are required.
Basic knowledge of Google Sheets or MS Excel is necessary.
The candidate must be detail-oriented and organized.
The role requires being responsible and consistent.
The candidate should be able to follow SOPs and complete tasks on time.
Comfort with a calm and quiet work environment is needed.
The candidate must be independent, reliable, and a fast learner.
No prior experience is needed as training will be provided.
Students in Business Admin, Operations, Supply Chain, Marketing, or related fields are welcomed.
