
The Internship Administration is responsible for supporting the sales department through various administrative tasks. This role involves interacting with customers and maintaining accurate sales records to ensure smooth operations.
The intern will engage in daily tasks such as processing purchase orders, issuing invoices, and verifying customer information. The work environment is dynamic, requiring effective communication and coordination with various departments to meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
High school diploma or degree.
An associate’s or bachelor's degree in business administration or similar preferred.
Previous experience in sales administration or a similar role.
Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
Experience with industry software such as HubSpot CRM, Freshsales, or similar.
Advanced knowledge of administrative recordkeeping.
Familiarity with sales reports and sales records.
