This Internship in Administration role in Penang/Batu Kawan involves interacting with customers, managing orders, and assisting the sales team. The position offers an opportunity to develop valuable skills in a supportive environment.
The role includes receiving and processing purchase orders, issuing sales transaction invoices, and verifying customer orders including personal and payment information. The intern will contact customers to address queries and gather missing information, maintain sales and customer records, compile monthly sales reports, and expedite orders through internal coordination. Additionally, the position involves directing customer feedback to relevant departments, identifying potential new products, and supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks as needed.
High school diploma or Degree.
An associate’s or bachelor's degree in business administration or similar preferred.
Previous experience in sales administration, or a similar role.
Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
Experience with industry software such as HubSpot CMR, Freshsales, or similar.
Advanced knowledge of administrative recordkeeping.
Familiarity with sales reports and sales records.
Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
