The Internship Warehouse Operation role is responsible for supporting the logistics and inventory management processes within the warehouse. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring efficient operations and maintaining high standards of service to clients.
Job Description
In this role, you will engage in daily warehouse activities, including preparing invoices and checking goods before dispatch. You will work closely with clients and sales teams to ensure smooth operations and accurate record-keeping.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare invoices and delivery orders.
- Check goods for quality and accuracy before shipment.
- Liaise with clients and salesmen for quotations.
- Record stock movements accurately.
- Inspect merchandise for damages.
- Optimize storage solutions within the warehouse.
- Deliver stock directly to clients or coordinate with logistics partners.
Job Requirements
4 to 6 months internship period.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Detail-oriented and organized.
Creative, can-do attitude & energetic.
Able to multi-task, proactive and meticulous.
Ability to safely operate warehouse machinery and equipment.
Proficient in both English and Mandarin.
