This internship position is focused on warehouse operations where the intern will be involved in organizing and inspecting goods, ensuring smooth delivery processes while gaining practical knowledge in logistics.
Job Description
The role involves preparing invoices and delivery orders, checking goods before they are sent to customers, and liaising with clients and salesmen for quotations. Responsibilities include recording stock movements, inspecting merchandise for damages, maintaining accurate records, optimizing storage within the warehouse, and delivering stock either directly to clients or through logistics partners.
Job Requirements
4 to 6 months Internship Period.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Detail-oriented and organized.
Creative, can-do attitude & energetic.
Able to multi-task, proactive and meticulous.
The ability to safely operate warehouse machinery and equipment.
The ability to lift and move heavy objects.
Computer literate and well versed in Microsoft Office.
Proficient in both English and Mandarin.
