This internship role in administration involves managing purchase orders and invoices. The position provides opportunities to interact with customers, assist in sales processes, and work within a dynamic team environment.
The role includes receiving and processing purchase orders, issuing sales transaction invoices, verifying customer orders and payment details, and contacting customers to resolve queries or obtain missing information. Additional duties involve maintaining sales and customer records, compiling monthly sales reports, facilitating order processing through internal coordination, directing customer feedback to relevant departments, identifying potential new products, and supporting the sales department with administrative tasks as needed.
High school diploma or Degree.
An associate’s or bachelor's degree in business administration or similar preferred.
Previous experience in sales administration, or a similar role.
Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
Experience with industry software such as HubSpot CMR, Freshsales, or similar.
Advanced knowledge of administrative recordkeeping.
Familiarity with sales reports and sales records.
Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
