
The Internship Administration PJ UTAMA is responsible for supporting the sales department through various administrative tasks. This role involves interacting with customers and maintaining accurate sales records to ensure smooth operations within the organization.
In this internship, you will engage in daily administrative tasks that support the sales team and enhance customer satisfaction. You will work in a dynamic environment where collaboration and communication are key to success.
Key Responsibilities:
High school diploma or degree.
An associate’s or bachelor's degree in business administration or similar preferred.
Previous experience in sales administration or a similar role.
Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
Experience with industry software such as HubSpot CRM, Freshsales, or similar.
Advanced knowledge of administrative recordkeeping.
Familiarity with sales reports and sales records.
