Internship Campaign Management at Hepmil Malaysia Sdn Bhd - Selangor

The Internship Campaign Management is responsible for assisting in the coordination and management of KOL (Key Opinion Leader) product deliveries for campaigns. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the smooth execution of campaigns and effective communication with various stakeholders.

In this internship, you will engage in day-to-day activities that involve coordinating with creators and managing campaign logistics in a dynamic environment. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure that all campaign deliverables align with client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in coordinating and managing KOL product deliveries for campaigns.
• Support communication with creators to confirm receipt of products and campaign requirements.
• Help track campaign progress, deliverables, and deadlines.
• Assist in compiling campaign performance reports, including data collection and insights.
• Support the team in preparing post-campaign reports for internal and client review.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure campaign deliverables meet client objectives.
• Assist with general client servicing tasks, including follow-ups and documentation.
