Job Description
As an Intern in Project Management at the CBO Office, you will work closely with the Assistant Project Manager and the Chief Business Officer’s Office. Your day-to-day tasks will involve preparing presentations, maintaining dashboards, and conducting market research to support various operational projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Assistant Project Manager on project tasks.
- Prepare presentations and reports for executive meetings.
- Maintain and update project dashboards for tracking progress.
- Conduct market research to inform project decisions.
- Assist with operational and ad-hoc projects as needed.
- Support cross-functional initiatives within the organization.
- Follow up on tasks and ensure timely completion of project deliverables.
Job Requirements
Able to commit for 6 months.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides, Docs).
Basic financial literacy and comfort with numbers.
Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Interest in or knowledge of the automotive industry is an advantage.
