The Internship Culture (Recruitment) is responsible for supporting the recruitment process within the organization. This role involves engaging with candidates and collaborating with various departments to enhance the hiring experience and employer brand.

In this internship, you will play a vital role in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating various hiring activities. You will also help enhance the employer brand through social media and job boards, support new hire onboarding by preparing materials and coordinating sessions, and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system while assisting in generating recruitment reports.
