In this internship, you will play a vital role in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating various hiring activities. You will also help enhance the employer brand through social media and job boards, support new hire onboarding by preparing materials and coordinating sessions, and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system while assisting in generating recruitment reports.
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with candidates and team members.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and learn quickly.
