The Internship Digitalisation is responsible for supporting process improvement and automation development within Verdant Solar. This role involves collaborating with the Digitalization Manager on various digital transformation projects, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the organization.
Job Description
Interns at Verdant Solar are integral members of the core team, engaging in daily tasks that focus on process improvement, automation development, and internal ticket handling. The Digitalization Intern will work closely with the Digitalization Manager, gaining hands-on experience with platforms like Monday.com and Zapier while assisting in various digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support process improvement initiatives by analyzing current workflows.
- Assist in the development and implementation of automation solutions using digital tools.
- Manage internal ticketing systems to ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Document processes and create user guides for team members.
- Conduct research on best practices for digital transformation.
- Collaborate with team members to identify process gaps and propose solutions.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss project progress and challenges.
Job Requirements
Final-year student pursuing Computer Science, Information System, or any equivalent study.
Able to commit to a full-time internship for 6 months or longer (Jan 2026 Intake).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proactive in identifying process gaps and proposing solutions.
Growth-oriented with the ability to work independently.
