Job Description
Interns at Verdant Solar are part of the core team supporting process improvement, automation development, and internal ticket handling. The Digitalization Intern works closely with the Digitalization Manager on digital transformation projects using platforms like Monday.com and Zapier, assisting with ticket management, process documentation, automation support, process research, and team collaboration.
Job Requirements
Final-year student pursuing Computer Science, Information System or any equivalent study.
Able to commit to a full-time internship for 6 months or longer (Jan 2026 Intake).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to identify root causes, plan actionable steps, and handle ambiguity with structured reasoning.
Curious and proactive in spotting process gaps and proposing practical, structured solutions.
Growth-oriented, takes initiative, and works independently with minimal supervision.
