
The Internship Employer Branding & Culture Intern is responsible for supporting and contributing to employer branding and workplace culture initiatives. This role involves assisting in crafting stories about the company's people and culture while participating in campaigns that attract and engage talent.
The intern will engage in day-to-day activities that include supporting employee engagement programs and organizing events. The work environment is collaborative, allowing for creativity and innovation in employer branding efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Penultimate- or final-year undergraduate pursuing a degree in HR, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
Creative, curious, proactive, and eager to learn.
Comfortable with social media, writing, or visual storytelling.
Experience with design or video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Filmora) is an advantage.
Enjoys engaging with colleagues and stakeholders across the organization.
A team player who loves collaboration and brainstorming new ideas.
