The intern will assist in crafting stories about the company's people and culture, support employee engagement programs, and participate in campaigns that attract and engage talent. This position involves helping with culture programs, organizing events, and researching innovative employer branding ideas.
Penultimate- or final-year undergraduate pursuing a degree, preferably with interest in HR, Marketing, Communications, or people engagement.
Creative, curious, proactive, and eager to learn.
Comfortable with social media, writing, or visual storytelling.
Experience with design or video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Filmora) is an advantage.
Enjoys engaging with colleagues and stakeholders across the organisation.
A team player who loves collaboration and brainstorming new ideas.
