The Internship for Project is responsible for assisting in the coordination of store renovation works. This role involves collaboration with the Property and Fit-Out team to execute various projects and manage fixed assets across all stores.
Job Description
The intern will engage in day-to-day activities that include supporting store renovations, refits, and closures while maintaining a structured filing system for all projects. The work environment is collaborative, requiring close interaction with team members and management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in coordinating store renovation works including new builds, refits, and closures.
- Collaborate with the Property and Fit-Out team to execute projects effectively.
- Support the management and tracking of fixed assets for all stores.
- Maintain the filing system for all projects and ad-hoc works.
- Communicate project updates and progress to the team.
- Participate in project meetings and contribute ideas.
- Ensure compliance with project timelines and budgets.
Job Requirements
Diploma or Degree holder in Project Management or related field.
Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa.
Familiarity with AutoCAD.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills.
