Role Summary

The Internship HR / Admin is responsible for supporting various human resource and administrative functions within the company. This role offers interns the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic corporate environment.

Job Description

Interns will engage in daily HR operations and administrative tasks while working in a vibrant office located in IOI RIO, Bandar Puteri, Puchong. The internship lasts between 3 to 6 months, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 10am to 6pm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support recruitment processes including job posting, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
  • Help with onboarding, employee records, and HR documentation.
  • Participate in company culture and engagement activities.
  • Learn basic HR policies and day-to-day HR operations.
  • Handle daily office operations and administrative support.
  • Manage documents, filing, and data organization.
  • Assist in coordinating meetings and internal communication.
  • Support HR and finance teams when needed.

Job Requirements

Studying Human Resource Management, Business, or Psychology.

Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Familiar with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.

Organized, discreet, and team-oriented.

Responsible, organized, and proactive.

Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
