Role Summary

The Internship HR is responsible for supporting various HR functions within the organization. This role provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR documentation in a dynamic work environment.

Job Description

The HR Intern will assist with daily HR operations, including recruitment processes, payroll data preparation, and employee engagement activities. The position is based in Gelugor, Penang, and operates Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support recruitment processes by screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
  • Assist in preparing HR documentation and maintaining employee records.
  • Prepare payroll data and assist with payroll processing.
  • Organize and participate in employee engagement activities.
  • Conduct research on HR best practices and trends.
  • Help with onboarding new employees and orientation programs.
  • Collaborate with team members on various HR projects.

Job Requirements

Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proficient in Mandarin, with working knowledge of English and Malay.

Detail-oriented and responsible.

Eager to learn and develop HR skills.

Basic knowledge of Malaysian labor laws is an advantage.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
