The Internship Human Resource / Finance is responsible for supporting both Human Resources and Finance functions. This role involves managing employee records, assisting with onboarding and offboarding processes, and providing administrative support to the HR and Finance teams.
Job Description
The HR/Finance Intern will engage in day-to-day activities that involve managing employee records and updating HR databases in a collaborative work environment. The intern will also support various HR and Finance initiatives, contributing to the overall efficiency of the teams involved.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing employee records and updating HR databases.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
- Organize employee engagement activities to foster a positive work culture.
- Handle basic HR administrative tasks as required.
- Assist with client outreach for marketing information.
- Provide administrative support to both HR and Finance teams.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
Job Requirements
Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Basic understanding of HR practices and financial principles is an advantage.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
