The HR Internship involves supporting various human resources functions such as recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, employee engagement, and HR documentation. This role requires assisting with HR projects related to policy, compliance, and administrative tasks while gaining practical experience in HR operations.
The HR Intern will support various HR operations including recruitment, candidate screening, interview arrangement, onboarding support, and updating HR records and documentation. The role involves assisting with payroll coordination, KPI and attendance tracking, employee engagement activities, HR communications, and involvement in HR projects related to policy, compliance, and administrative tasks.
Pursuing minimum Diploma in HR / Business Admin / Psychology / Management or any related field.
Punctual and able to work independently.
Good communication & organisation skills.
Detail-oriented & confidential.
Proactive, responsible & willing to learn.
Basic computer skills, especially Microsoft Office.
Able to commit 3–6 months.
