
The Internship Human Resources Assistant is responsible for supporting various HR operations. This role provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR project involvement within a dynamic team environment.
The HR Intern will engage in day-to-day HR activities, assisting with recruitment processes, onboarding, and maintaining HR documentation. This position offers a chance to work closely with HR professionals and contribute to various HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Pursuing a minimum Diploma in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Management, or a related field.
Punctual and able to work independently.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Detail-oriented and able to maintain confidentiality.
Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn.
Basic computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office.
Able to commit to 3–6 months.
