Role Summary

The Internship Human Resources is responsible for supporting the People & Culture team in various HR functions. This role offers an opportunity to engage in recruitment processes, employee engagement events, and contribute to a positive workplace culture in a collaborative environment.

Job Description

As an intern in the Human Resources department, you will assist in daily HR operations and participate in initiatives that enhance employee experience. You will work closely with team members to manage employee data and support onboarding processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support recruitment processes by screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement events and activities.
  • Manage and update employee data in HR systems.
  • Contribute to workplace culture initiatives and team-building activities.
  • Help with onboarding new employees and ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Collaborate with team members on various HR projects.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.

Job Requirements

Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.

Passionate about people, culture, and employee experience.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Organized and detail-oriented with good time management.

Able to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with social media platforms.
