This internship role in Human Resources offers practical experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and workplace culture development. The position involves collaborating with a team focused on supporting and shaping the organization’s culture.
The internship is part of the People & Culture team, where interns support recruitment processes, employee engagement events, and HR operations. Responsibilities include managing employee data, assisting with onboarding, and contributing to workplace culture initiatives within a collaborative and creative environment.
Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
Passionate about people, culture, and employee experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — comfortable interacting with people at all levels.
Organized and detail-oriented with good time management.
Able to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with social media platforms (for employer branding activities).
Available for a minimum internship period of 3 months (preferably 6 months).
