Job Description
As an Internship QAQC Intern, you will engage in day-to-day activities that include clerical support and collaboration with the QAQC manager. You will be involved in creating SAP stock codes, monitoring the QA Library, and preparing AI artworks for labels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in photocopying and filing documents.
- Distribute documents to relevant departments.
- Create SAP stock codes and Bills of Materials (BOMs).
- Monitor and maintain the QA Library.
- Prepare AI artworks for product labels.
- Support the QAQC manager with daily tasks.
- Manage requisitions for stationery effectively.
Job Requirements
Minimum Diploma
Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia
Pleasant and cheerful demeanor
Strong initiative and self-discipline
Ability to work collaboratively in a team
Basic knowledge of quality assurance processes
Willingness to learn and adapt
