
This internship involves supporting audience insights through data analysis and social listening, while enhancing organizational skills and gaining experience in qualitative research within an environmental NGO.
The intern will support the Insights Unit by compiling and analyzing audience data through social listening and desktop research. Responsibilities include contributing to audience insight reports, organizing research documents, and assisting in the launch of a new social listening tool. This role offers hands-on experience in qualitative research within a regional environmental NGO, enhancing internal reporting processes and campaign planning.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to assist in data collection and simple analysis.
Experience in note-taking and documentation.
Willingness to learn about social listening research methods.
Good communication skills for coordinating with suppliers and attendees.
