The Supporter Experience Intern will assist the Regional Journey Department in enhancing Greenpeace Southeast Asia's digital ecosystem. Responsibilities include optimizing supporter journeys, managing website content, implementing UI/UX improvements, conducting research, and performing journey audits to ensure meaningful supporter engagement.
Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
Familiarity with website management and digital marketing tools
Strong analytical and research skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Passion for environmental issues and advocacy
Basic knowledge of UI/UX principles
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
