Job Description
As a Supporter Experience Intern, you will work closely with the Regional Journey Department to improve the digital experience for supporters. Your day-to-day tasks will include managing website content, implementing UI/UX improvements, and conducting research to enhance supporter engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in optimizing supporter journeys across digital platforms.
- Manage and update website content to ensure relevance and accuracy.
- Implement UI/UX improvements to enhance user experience.
- Conduct research to identify trends and best practices in supporter engagement.
- Perform journey audits to assess and improve supporter interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and develop new engagement strategies.
