Job Description
In this role, interns will assist the Sales Team by following up on sales leads through email and phone communication. Interns will gather customer requirements and provide tailored solutions while organizing and scheduling sales activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Sales Team by following up on sales leads through email and phone communication.
- Gather customer requirements and provide solutions based on superior advice.
- Organize and schedule sales activities to enhance productivity.
- Regularly follow up with prospects to secure deals.
- Escalate customer needs to the appropriate person for resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets.
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business or equivalent.
Required language is English.
Preferred languages are Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to work in a team environment.
