
The Internship in Tourism & Recreational is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and managing game attractions. This role offers a dynamic environment where interns engage with guests, ensuring a memorable experience while supporting various operational tasks.
Interns will welcome guests and assist with customer inquiries, bookings, and registrations, contributing to a smooth and enjoyable experience. They will also manage game attractions, ensuring proper instructions and monitoring activities to maintain session flow.
Key Responsibilities:
Currently studying Tourism, Hospitality, Recreation, Event Management, Business, or related fields.
Friendly and energetic personality.
Comfortable speaking with customers.
Good teamwork and communication skills.
Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays.
Positive attitude and fast learner.
Commitment to a duration of 3 to 6 months.
