It includes managing games attractions by providing instructions, monitoring activities, resetting game rooms, and supporting operations to maintain session flow and timing. The responsibility extends to outlet upkeep by ensuring cleanliness, tidiness, conducting checks, and reporting issues. The position also supports event management for group events such as team building and birthdays, assisting with setup and coordination. Additionally, the role offers exposure to tourism and visitor experience by engaging with various customer groups and learning about indoor attraction operations.
Currently studying Tourism, Hospitality, Recreation, Event Management, Business, or related fields.
Friendly, energetic, and comfortable speaking with customers.
Enjoys working in a fun, active, and high-interaction environment.
Good teamwork and communication skills.
Able to stand and move around during shifts (active role).
Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and retail hours (with schedule rotation).
Positive attitude, fast learner, and responsible.
Able to commit 3 6 months.
