The Internship Accounting is responsible for supporting the financial operations of the company. This role involves assisting with both accounts payable and receivable tasks, contributing to the overall efficiency of the finance department.
Job Description
In this internship, you will engage in day-to-day accounting activities within a dynamic work environment. You will collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate financial record-keeping and support various accounting functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in processing supplier invoices and updating vendor details.
- Ensure proper filing of financial records for easy access.
- Prepare customer invoices and record collections for accounts receivable.
- Reconcile sales and bank reports to maintain accuracy.
- Perform financial recording and data entry of daily transactions.
- Support monthly schedules and reports preparation.
- Aid in reconciliation tasks, including bank reconciliation and discrepancy checks.
- Organize finance documents and assist in audit preparation.
Job Requirements
Currently pursuing Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Basic understanding of accounting principles.
Good with numbers, detail-oriented, and accurate in data entry.
Familiar with Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets.
Strong sense of responsibility and confidentiality.
Positive working attitude and willingness to learn.
Able to commit 3-6 months for internship.
