Accounts Executive (Full Set) – Bomb Battle

The Accounts Executive (Full Set) is responsible for preparing comprehensive monthly management accounts. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance within a dynamic retail environment.

In this position, you will engage in daily accounting tasks, including the preparation of profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. You will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare full set of monthly management accounts, including supporting schedules.
• Manage journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations.
• Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Maintain proper documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and company secretaries as needed.
• Consolidate daily sales reports from multiple outlets and reconcile sales with various payment methods.
• Track retail sales performance and assist in budgeting and forecasting.
• Support inventory reconciliation and accounts payable and receivable processes.
