Job Description
In this role, you will engage in daily tasks that involve processing user requests and troubleshooting system alerts. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to align IT solutions with business objectives and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage system alerts and resolve issues effectively.
- Process and analyze user requests to enhance system performance.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize shell scripts and SQL databases.
- Ensure data integrity of reconciliation applications.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure middleware components such as FTP servers and MQ messaging services.

Job Requirements
