Role Summary
The IT Extension KL - SimCorp Dimension Analyst is responsible for managing the SimCorp Dimension application and supporting end-users. This role is part of an IT extension team that operates across multiple business and technical areas, ensuring a stable system environment.
Job Description
In this role, you will be part of the Functional Application Management (FAM) team, focusing on day-to-day operations and incident resolution. You will collaborate with various teams to maintain and improve the application environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve application incidents efficiently.
- Maintain the SimCorp Dimension System Operations Platform (SOP).
- Troubleshoot and resolve batch job incidents promptly.
- Provide end-user support and guidance.
- Manage user authorizations effectively.
- Escalate issues constructively to other teams when necessary.
- Monitor system performance and health.
- Ensure ongoing maintenance and update documentation regularly.
- Manage test data to support application functionality.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
Experience with SimCorp Dimension application.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Excellent communication skills in English.
