The IT Project Manager - Digital Banking (Wealth) is responsible for driving and managing digital IT projects. This role involves ensuring project scope, timelines, and resources are effectively planned and controlled while collaborating with various stakeholders in a dynamic banking environment.
Job Description
In this role, you will oversee the execution of digital IT projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance with banking policies. You will work closely with scrum teams and business partners to deliver software solutions for a large customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive and manage digital IT projects from initiation to completion.
- Plan, track, and control project scope, timelines, and resources.
- Identify and resolve project risks and issues promptly.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment.
- Manage vendor relationships and coordinate deliverables and payments.
- Validate project deliverables against requirements.
- Lead projects using agile and waterfall methodologies.
- Support scrum teams and coach on removing impediments.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Proven experience in managing digital IT projects.
Strong understanding of project management best practices.
Familiarity with banking policies and compliance.
Experience in vendor management and coordination.
Knowledge of digital ecosystem functional and technical domains.
Proficiency in agile and waterfall methodologies.
