Job Description
The IT Project Manager - Digital Banking (Wealth) is responsible for driving and managing digital IT projects, ensuring that project scope, timelines, and IT resources are properly planned, tracked, and controlled. The role includes identifying and resolving risks and issues, communicating with stakeholders, and managing compliance with bank policies and project management best practices. The position also involves managing vendors, validating deliverables, and tracking project costs and payments. The IT Project Manager will lead projects using both agile and waterfall methodologies, support scrum teams, and collaborate closely with business partners in virtual banking to deliver software incrementals for a large customer base.
Job Requirements
Strong project management skills in digital IT projects.
Ability to plan, track, control, and validate project scope, timeline, and resources.
Experience in identifying and resolving project risks and issues promptly.
Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Knowledge of bank policies and project management best practices.
Experience managing vendors and coordinating deliverables and payments.
Understanding of digital ecosystem functional and technical domain knowledge.
Familiarity with infrastructure concepts is advantageous.
Proficiency in agile and waterfall software delivery methods.
Ability to lead scrum teams and coach on removing impediments.
Experience in end-to-end project delivery for digital projects.
