The IT Service Management Analyst (Mandarin/Cantonese) role focuses on building trusted relationships with customers to support and improve their experience. This role involves coordinating with Customer Service Support engineers to manage complex technical reactive support issues for a designated portfolio of accounts while acting as the Customer Advocate to facilitate issue resolution and provide operational health insights.

Job Requirements

Strong communication skills in Mandarin and Cantonese.

Ability to build and foster strong customer relationships.

Knowledgeable in IT service management processes and technical products such as Windows, Azure, or Cloud technologies.

Capable of managing incident reporting, trending, and escalation handling.

Proactive in acknowledging and responding to customer requests and anticipating risks.
