The Japanese Bilingual Commercial Development Representative will be a key member of the global Commercial Development Team. This role involves qualifying potential prospects, engaging with the right groups within organizations, and developing new business prospects from various sources. The representative will prepare and analyze sales pipeline reports, cultivate prospect relationships, and collaborate with peers to contribute to the organization's revenue growth and client solutions.
Japanese-speaking professional with strong verbal and email communication skills.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
1-3 years of telemarketing and/or inside sales experience.
Proven track record of achieving quota and pipeline development goals.
Strong client relationship skills.
Excellent client service skills.
Goal and action-oriented with the ability to work towards revenue targets in a business development environment.
Experience in objection handling and overcoming gatekeepers.
Solid organization, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage senior-level audiences.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Knowledge of CRM databases such as Salesforce.com is advantageous.
Knowledge of the financial industry or financial divisions is a plus.
