This role focuses on managing key customer relationships and achieving annual sales targets. The candidate will handle customer service, proposal preparation, contract negotiations, and coordination with various departments to support contract execution and profitability.

This role involves maintaining customer relationships as the primary contact and managing yearly sales targets for assigned Key Accounts/Customers. The position requires maintaining a strong future project pipeline, supporting customers with service recommendations and budget preparation, and leading proposal preparation including commercial and contract negotiations. The candidate will also coordinate with various departments to manage customer profiles, credit limits, and contract administration. In execution duties, the role supports job leaders and technical units to ensure contract performance and profitability, negotiates variation orders, and assists in customer payment follow-ups. The candidate may also be required to work on-site to fulfill contract obligations. Additional responsibilities include procurement and order acceptance tasks, such as preparing purchase requests, notifying teams of order confirmations, and coordinating travel and administrative arrangements for international dispatches.
