
The Key Account Manager is responsible for maintaining customer relationships and managing yearly sales targets for assigned Key Accounts. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring customer satisfaction and driving sales growth within the organization.
In this role, you will engage with customers as the primary contact, ensuring their needs are met while managing a strong project pipeline. You will collaborate with various departments to support customer profiles and contract administration.
Key Responsibilities:
Possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Engineering or relevant field.
Around 5 years working experience with a technical background as Sales or Engineer for Powerplant.
Proficiency in English (especially speaking and writing).
Must have technical knowledge related to power plants.
Preferably candidates from the thermal or hydro power plant industry.
Good communicator and team player.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work with limited supervision.
Japanese language is an added advantage.
