The position requires managing accreditation documents, audits, and regulatory requirements while coordinating with agencies, industry, and institutions to meet national standards. It also includes monitoring and improving the quality and effectiveness of TVET programs, supporting curriculum design, training, and faculty development. Additionally, the role involves handling reports, records, budgets, resource management, leading quality assurance, audits, continuous improvement, and promoting TVET programs as well as representing the institution in external forums.
Bachelors degree in education, Technical Training, Human Resources, or related field.
Minimum 2-5 years of experience in TVET or accreditation-related roles.
Strong understanding of JPK standards and Malaysian vocational education regulations.
Excellent communication skills in other languages than those 3 mentioned above is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and educational management systems.
High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
Malaysian nationality required.
