This position involves managing a range of human resources functions to support employee management and organizational compliance. The role requires aligning HR activities with company objectives while ensuring adherence to Malaysian labor laws. Candidates should have a relevant bachelor's degree, at least two years of HR experience, and proficiency in Mandarin or Cantonese.
The role involves managing comprehensive HR functions including talent acquisition, onboarding, policy compliance, payroll, performance management, training, employee relations, legal compliance, data management, leave tracking, exit procedures, workforce planning, employee engagement, HR analytics, internal communication, health and safety, diversity and inclusion, vendor management, budgeting, and accreditation support. The position requires ensuring alignment with company goals and compliance with Malaysian labor laws.
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 02 years of HR experience in a corporate or educational setting.
Strong understanding of Malaysian labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication skills in Mandarin or Cantonese; English proficiency is an advantage.
