The Human Resources Executive is responsible for managing comprehensive HR functions within the organization. This role plays a crucial part in aligning HR strategies with company goals while ensuring compliance with Malaysian labor laws.

Job Description

In this position, you will engage in day-to-day HR operations, fostering a positive work environment and supporting employee development. You will collaborate with various departments to enhance employee engagement and ensure effective HR practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage talent acquisition processes to attract top talent.
  • Oversee onboarding procedures to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
  • Ensure policy compliance and adherence to labor laws.
  • Administer payroll and benefits management.
  • Conduct performance management and employee evaluations.
  • Facilitate training and development programs for staff.
  • Handle employee relations and resolve workplace issues.
  • Maintain accurate HR data and manage leave tracking.
  • Support exit procedures and workforce planning.
  • Promote health and safety initiatives and diversity and inclusion efforts.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum of 2 years of HR experience in a corporate or educational setting.

Strong understanding of Malaysian labor laws and HR best practices.

Excellent communication skills in Mandarin or Cantonese; English proficiency is an advantage.
