Role Summary

The Junior Executive, Credit Control is responsible for ensuring timely collection of outstanding payments and rental dues. This role involves collaboration with various departments to address tenant disputes and enhance collection strategies.

Job Description

In this position, you will engage in daily activities focused on negotiating overdue rentals, issuing invoices and reminders, and preparing management reports on debt recovery efforts. You will work in a dynamic environment that requires effective communication and collaboration with multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities: - Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments and rental dues. - Collaborate with various departments to address tenant disputes. - Negotiate overdue rentals with tenants. - Issue invoices and reminders to clients. - Prepare management reports on debt recovery efforts. - Enhance collection strategies to improve efficiency. - Maintain accurate records of all transactions and communications.

Job Requirements

Certificate/Diploma/Degree holder preferable

Minimum 2 years of working experience in credit control

Good communication skills and fluency in English

Competent in Microsoft Excel and Word

Able to work with minimum supervision

Strong negotiation skills
