Role Summary
The Junior HRBP, People Team is responsible for assisting with daily HR operations throughout the employee lifecycle. This role supports employees and managers on HR-related issues while ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Job Description
In this role, you will engage in various HR activities, including onboarding, performance management, and offboarding, within a collaborative team environment. You will also work on initiatives from the Centre of Excellence, such as Learning & Development and Talent Management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with onboarding processes for new employees.
- Support performance management activities and provide guidance to managers.
- Facilitate offboarding procedures and exit interviews.
- Address HR-related inquiries from employees and management.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Collaborate on Learning & Development initiatives.
- Participate in Talent Management projects and activities.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
Proven track record of providing effective support and guidance on HR matters.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
