Job Description

This role involves assisting with daily HR operations throughout the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, and offboarding. The candidate will support employees and managers on HR-related issues while ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. Additionally, the position requires collaboration on initiatives from the Centre of Excellence, such as Learning & Development and Talent Management.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field

Proven track record of providing effective support and guidance on HR matters

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in MS Office applications
