As a Junior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to enhance their shopping experience. You will assist in maintaining product displays, managing inventory, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Building strong relationships with clients and promoting brand loyalty will be key aspects of your role. You will also participate in sales events and promotions, contributing to the overall success of the sales team and achieving targets set by the management.
1–2 years of retail or customer service experience
Experience in Duty Free, FMCG, beauty, liquor, or luxury retail preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Customer-focused with a passion for sales
Team player with a positive attitude
Basic knowledge of sales techniques and product knowledge
