As a Retail Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers in product selection, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience. You will maintain product displays, manage inventory, and handle transactions efficiently. Your role will also involve staying updated on product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers. Additionally, you will support promotional activities and contribute to achieving sales targets while fostering a welcoming environment for all shoppers.
1–2 years of retail or customer service experience
Experience in Duty Free, FMCG, beauty, liquor, or luxury retail preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Customer-focused with a positive attitude
Basic math skills for handling transactions
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
