1–2 years of retail or customer service experience
Experience in Duty Free, FMCG, beauty, liquor, or luxury retail preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle customer complaints effectively
Proficient in processing transactions accurately
Team player with a positive attitude
Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends
Basic knowledge of product offerings
