As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with product selection, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience. You will maintain store presentation standards, handle transactions, and support inventory management. Your role will also involve promoting products and building relationships with customers to drive sales and enhance brand loyalty.
1–2 years of experience in retail or customer service
Experience in Duty Free, FMCG, beauty, liquor, or luxury retail preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in handling cash and transactions
Customer-focused with a positive attitude
Team player with a willingness to learn
