1–2 years of retail or customer service experience
Experience in Duty Free, FMCG, beauty, liquor, or luxury retail preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in handling transactions and cash management
Customer-focused with a passion for sales
Team player with a positive attitude
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends
