The role involves managing the company's sales-related activities including identifying and developing new business opportunities, growth strategies, and maximizing long-term profitable volume growth. The person will analyze market trends and competition, develop sales strategies including market-specific pricing, provide after-sales support, and collaborate closely with customers and the sales team to ensure smooth order handling. Additional responsibilities include identifying new products and target customers, generating product demand, recommending and implementing annual sales plans, preparing sales performance reports, and performing ad-hoc assignments as needed.
Strong awareness of market trends and strategy development.
Solid knowledge of flanges, pipes, valves, and fittings (mandatory).
Existing customer database is a must.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Minimum 3 years of industry experience.
