
The L3 Support - Core Banking is responsible for application maintenance and production support within the Core Banking domain. This role involves troubleshooting and resolving system issues while collaborating with various teams to ensure smooth operations.
In this role, you will engage in day-to-day application maintenance and provide production support for the AS400 Channels & EAI platform. You will work closely with payment processing systems and be part of a dynamic team focused on delivering high-quality support.
Key Responsibilities:
Experience in application maintenance and production support in a banking environment.
Familiarity with DevOps tools and ALDON for deployment automation.
Knowledge of programming languages such as RPG, C, and Java.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
