In this role, you will engage in day-to-day application maintenance and provide production support for the AS400 Channels & EAI platform. You will work closely with payment processing systems and be part of a dynamic team focused on delivering high-quality support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve system and application issues.
- Support deployments through DevOps and ALDON.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes.
- Provide assistance with payment processing systems.
- Maintain documentation for support processes and incidents.
- Coordinate effectively with L1/L2 teams and developers.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for support processes.
Job Requirements
Experience in application maintenance and production support in a banking environment.
Familiarity with DevOps tools and ALDON for deployment automation.
Knowledge of programming languages such as RPG, C, and Java.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
