Role Summary
The L3 Support - (Investments & Wealth) - Core Banking is responsible for managing and supporting Investment & Wealth applications. This role involves collaboration with various teams to ensure efficient deployments and resolution of incidents in a dynamic banking environment.
Job Description
In this role, you will engage in day-to-day support of Investment & Wealth applications, ensuring their optimal performance and reliability. You will work closely with DevOps and other teams to facilitate smooth operations and address any production issues that arise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support Investment & Wealth applications.
- Collaborate with DevOps and development teams for incident resolution.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues efficiently.
- Maintain system documentation and standard operating procedures.
- Participate in incident, change, and problem management activities.
- Ensure smooth deployments of application updates.
- Provide support for systems hosted on Windows and Open Systems.
Job Requirements
Experience in L3 application support for Investment & Wealth Management systems.
Strong foundation in .NET and SQL.
Knowledge of incident, change, and problem management activities.
Exposure to Wealth Management and Investment Advisory platforms.
Ability to work collaboratively with development and infrastructure teams.
