As a Labor and Employment Counsel Manager, you will provide strategic and pragmatic legal advice on employment matters to internal stakeholders like HR and Leadership. You will oversee litigation, support transactional matters including outsourcing and M&A, and manage industrial relations. Additionally, you will develop internal guidelines, manage external counsel relationships, and stay updated on legal developments to ensure compliance across the Southeast Asia region.
Qualified lawyer with post-qualification experience in Employment Law.
Minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
Experience in private practice or in-house legal environments.
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
Strong project management, prioritization, and time management skills.
Ability to work flexibly from home or the office.
Knowledge of industrial relations and collective bargaining issues.
Strategic thinking and ability to present innovative solutions.
