Job Description

The Learner Services Executive / Senior Executive serves as the initial point of contact for learners and parents regarding academic and learner services inquiries. This role manages daily administrative functions to support various learner services and works closely with the Admissions team. As a Senior Executive, the role includes submitting monthly reports and assisting in coaching staff members. The Senior Executive responsibilities extend to maintaining CRM information accuracy, following up with withdrawing families, managing parental inquiries, training new staff, liaising with external service providers, handling student contract distribution, and managing student visa applications and regulatory compliance.

Have a strong command of the English language, both written and verbal.

Hold a bachelor degree qualification; experience in an international school environment is an advantage.

Have at least three years of relevant working experience.
