LEARNER SERVICES EXECUTIVE / SENIOR EXECUTIVE at Taylor's College - Johor

The Learner Services Executive / Senior Executive is responsible for serving as the initial point of contact for learners and parents regarding academic and learner services inquiries. This role plays a crucial part in managing administrative functions to support various learner services and collaborates closely with the Admissions team.

The Learner Services Executive / Senior Executive engages in daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations within the learner services environment. This position also involves reporting and coaching responsibilities, contributing to the overall effectiveness of the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary contact for learners and parents regarding inquiries.
• Manage daily administrative functions to support learner services.
• Collaborate with the Admissions team to streamline processes.
• Submit monthly reports on learner services activities.
• Assist in coaching and training staff members.
• Maintain accuracy of CRM information.
• Follow up with families who are withdrawing from the institution.
• Handle parental inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Liaise with external service providers for additional support.
• Manage student contract distribution and visa applications.
