
The Learner Services Executive / Senior Executive is responsible for serving as the initial point of contact for learners and parents regarding academic and learner services inquiries. This role plays a crucial part in managing administrative functions to support various learner services and collaborates closely with the Admissions team.
The Learner Services Executive / Senior Executive engages in daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations within the learner services environment. This position also involves reporting and coaching responsibilities, contributing to the overall effectiveness of the team.
Key Responsibilities:
Hold a bachelor's degree qualification.
Have at least three years of relevant working experience.
Possess strong customer service skills.
Demonstrate multitasking and time-management abilities.
Have a strong command of the English language, both written and verbal.
Be resourceful, calm, patient, and proactive in problem-solving.
