The Learning & Development Manager drives company values by strategically linking training activities to the organizational mission. You will identify employee development needs, design custom programs, and facilitate delivery across topics like product knowledge and leadership. Responsibilities include measuring training effectiveness, managing budgets, and partnering with operational leaders to ensure service excellence and a strong return on investment.
2-year degree in HR, Hospitality, or Business with 2 years of relevant experience.
Alternatively, a 4-year bachelor's degree in a related field with no prior experience.
Must be a certified trainer.
Proven ability to design, develop, and facilitate both custom and corporate training programs.
Experience in conducting needs assessments and measuring training ROI.
Strong leadership skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
Ability to manage departmental budgets and controllable expenses effectively.
