The Loans Operations Analyst 1, Mandarin Speaking is responsible for managing the preparation and review of loan documentation and supporting various loan process tasks. This role operates in a complex loan operations environment, ensuring efficient processing and closing of loans while minimizing risk and adhering to procedural requirements.

In this role, you will engage in day-to-day loan transactional processing, including booking cash transactions, making payments, and performing loan reconciliations. You will also interact with external customers and collaborate with colleagues to resolve issues and improve processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the preparation and review of loan documentation.
• Process and close loans independently in a complex environment.
• Handle day-to-day loan transactional processing, including cash transactions and payments.
• Perform loan reconciliations and input general ledger entries.
• Analyze moderately complex loan documentation reports.
• Identify and resolve problems related to loan documentation and processing activities.
• Make recommendations for process improvements to minimize risk.
