Job Description

The Loss Prevention Talent Coach patrols all areas of the property to ensure safety and security while assisting guests and employees. This role involves conducting emergency response drills, safety inspections, investigations, and monitoring security systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Patrol all areas of the property to ensure safety and security.
  • Conduct emergency response drills and safety inspections.
  • Monitor security systems including Closed Circuit Televisions and alarm systems.
  • Handle disturbances and resolve safety hazard situations.
  • Enforce compliance with laws and company policies.
  • Support management in training, motivating, and coaching employees.
  • Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and reports.

Job Requirements

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

At least 2 years of related work experience.

At least 1 year of supervisory experience.

Willingness to comply with additional licensing or registration requirements as applicable by state law.

Commitment to supporting team goals and fostering a positive working environment.
