Job Description

The Loss Prevention Talent Coach patrols all areas of the property to ensure safety and security while assisting guests and employees. This role involves conducting emergency response drills, safety inspections, investigations, and monitoring security systems. The coach also handles disturbances, enforces compliance with laws and company policies, and supports management in training, motivating, and coaching employees. The position requires maintaining confidentiality, responding to emergencies, and providing excellent guest service.

Job Requirements

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

At least 2 years of related work experience.

At least 1 year of supervisory experience.

Ability to follow all company policies and procedures.

Capability to conduct emergency response drills and safety inspections.

Skill in monitoring security systems such as Closed Circuit Televisions and alarm systems.

Ability to handle disturbances and resolve safety hazard situations.

Effective communication skills using clear and professional language.

Ability to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and reports.

Physical capability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods, move and lift objects up to 50 pounds without assistance and heavier objects with assistance.

Ability to perform tasks requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination.

Willingness to comply with additional licensing or registration requirements as applicable by state law.

Commitment to supporting team goals and fostering positive working relationships.
